Years 15 – 17 pay scale numbers above only apply to Large Cabin Aircraft for both First Officer and Captain. Pay Scales shown above account for annual anniversary increases per CBA for hire dates prior to December 20th, 2022 until 2025 (Y5)

Large Cabin Aircraft: Challenger 650, Global 5000/5500/6000/7500

Small Cabin Aircraft: Phenom 300, Citation XLS, Citation Sovereign, Citation Latitude, Citation Longitude, Challenger 350

Flight Duty Pay Program: All pilots, regardless of seat, fleet, schedule, or seniority are paid $148 per block flight hour after exceeding 10.0 block hours in a single tour as of December 30, 2020. Will increase $2 per year from 2024 through 2026. The total FDPP per tour will be split where 67% goes directly into the pilots pay check and the other 33% will go directly into the pilot's 401(k)

Night Flight Pay: $50 per hour for flights between 2300LT and 0559LT based on point of departure. This can compound with $148 Flight Duty Pay.

Night Duty Pay: $50 per hour for pilot availability on back side of the clock between 2300LT and 0759LT. Does not compound with Night Flight Pay.

End-of-Duty Day Pay: $50 per hour for continued non-flight assignment duty between 10 and 12 hours.

Default schedule is 7/7 and is available to any pilot after the completion of IOE.

KCM program and fees are paid for by the company.

Schedule bidding takes place every 4 months with an annual open flush bid effective in October (bid in June). Pilots cannot be bumped from the schedule they hold during the closed bids (October and February) unless they choose to attempt to bid a different schedule.

Crew choice schedules idicates how many total working days there will be in a single trimester (i.e. 72-day schedule will be 72 total working days over a single 4 month period. See monthly averages below.)

CC52 (avg 13 days per month)

CC60 (avg 15 days per month)

CC72 (avg 18 days per month)

CC76 (avg 19 days per month)

On the crew choice schedules, the company may borrow two additional days in a single month from the next month during a trimester but must give two additional days off in the following month (i.e. On the 72-day schedule, you normally work 18 days per month during a trimester. The company is allowed to have you work 20 days in a single month but the following month, you will only work 16 days.)

Crew Choice Schedules have 5, 6, 7, and 8 day max tour length options bid by seniority (CC52 has only 6, 7, and 8 day options). 8 day tour options on the Crew Choice schedules (Long Tour - LT) pay a 3% override to base wages.

A crewmembers normal day rate is calculated by dividing their base wage by:

CC52 - 156

CC60 - 180

7/7 - 182

8/6 - 208

CC72 - 216

CC76 - 228

(Ex: A Year 3 First Officer on CC72 has a normal day rate of $458.81)

Holiday pay is 250% day rate on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents’ Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Late return to your base ("After Midnight") is an override of 2 days at the extended day rate (equivalent to 300% your daily rate and no duty other than travel required).

A crewmember’s hourly overtime rate is calculated by dividing his annual base wage by 2,184 hours and multiplying the quotient by 1.5 (Ex: Year 3 First Officer on CC72 makes $68.06 / hr when accumulating OT)

Pilot overtime rate is paid for all legal duty after 12 hours on duty.

Crewmembers who are required to start duty before 0800 Local Crew Base Time on the first day of work will be paid the hourly overtime rate for all duty prior to 0800 local on the first day of work and will be paid the hourly overtime rate for all duty in excess of nine (9) hours on that same first day.

If pilot is scheduled show time is between 2200LT and 0359LT, pilot duty will be limited to 10 hours.

No duty will be performed after 14 hours, no more than 10 flight hours per 24-hour period.

Fatigue policy: No recourse or punishment and automatic 14 hours off (minimum).

All new hires are guaranteed 5 days off after indoctrination and then 5 guaranteed days off after aircraft initial training. There is possibility for more days off depending on IOE availability. For all training events after new hire training, for every 2 days in training, you will get 1 day off at the end of training (a 22-day course gets you 11 days off at the end).

Two weeks of vacation, bid by seniority, awarded after the first year, 3 weeks after the 5th year and 4 weeks after the 10th year. On the 7 & 7 schedule, you are guaranteed 21 days off duty per 7-day vacation award. On the crew choice schedules, you are guaranteed 4 days off before your first day and after your last day of vacation.

Sick days are accrued at a rate of one per month, on the first of each month. Twelve per year, and 24 may be banked. All days over 24 may be sold back to the company (or placed in long term bank), paid on the second pay period of the New Year.

In addition to per diem, crews can receive up to 4 catered meals per day at no cost. 3 or greater meals per day will result in per diem being taxed.

Most Junior Captain – August 2008 (Citation XLS). Only 5 pilots remain between most junior upgrade and 2015 hires, and only 88 between 2015 and 2018 hires.
