HCDE INTRANET (PORTAL)
To access the HCDE portal from outside our network, follow these two steps:

1. Go to https://hcdeportal.hcde-texas.org/.
2. To log in, type your HCDE username and password. Prefix your HCDE username with hcdemain\. For example, if your username is rsmith, you will type hcdemain\rsmith as your username.
