What is the easiest start in CK3? ›

The South Asian realms in Crusader Kings 3 are a great place to start the game. For starters, most kingdoms in this area have great resources and technological advancements. The Pratihara Kingdom is an especially great place to start due to its massive size and military power.

Easy Start - Earldom of Thom*ond

Located in the south of Ireland, the Earldom of Thom*ond consists of two counties; Thom*ond and Ennis. Having two counties here initially will give you an excellent military advantage over your neighbors.

Spinning, spreading, and consolidating legends is one of the most fun aspects of CK3, and players will be more than rewarded for the effort and gold they put in. 3 is overall the better game for beginners because the UI is far better and the game explanes much better what you have to do in certain situations. CK2 especially with all its DLCs can easily be overwelming, a feeling I never had with CK3.
